Clinic Services & Homebased

The position provides clinical and crisis intervention services to adults, children, and families and will include assessment, development of person-centered plans, progress monitoring, documentation of services, and consultation and collaboration with colleagues and other community agencies.

Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist

This position provides clinical and crisis intervention services to children and families and will include assessment, development of person-centered plans, therapy, progress monitoring, documentation of services, and consultation and collaboration with colleagues and other community agencies. Services are provided in the home and community, in addition to the office setting.



A Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling and eligibility for licensure in the State of Michigan are required. Full licensure in Michigan is preferred.



Salary: up to $63,416
