• Stable and secure hospital-employed position
• Over $300K base salary, bonus incentives, and full hospital benefits package
• 7 on and 7 off block schedule is day shifts with some night blocks during the year
• Will be 161 shifts or 23 weeks annually with 29 weeks off
• Join a team of 5 hospitalists with specialty support
• Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2023 residents
• H-1B visas are welcomed
• NW Wisconsin community located 90 minutes east of Minneapolis/St Paul, Minnesota
