PRACTICE SPECIFICS --- 36 contact hours/week --- 24-hour emergency room at adjacent hospital --- Experienced, progressive, well-respected multi-specialty physician group consisting of 10 Family Practitioners, 1 Pediatrician, 1 Urgent Care Physician, 3 Nurse Practitioner, Physical Therapy with Spinex Program, Integrated Behavioral Health consultative service and numerous visiting specialties --- Full-service clinic including stress testing, treadmills, cardiac outreach, on-site pharmacy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, chemotherapy --- Smaller town environment with support of a large health system REQUIREMENTS --- BC/BE Family Medicine

COMPENSATION --- Financial package includes malpractice insurance, tail coverage, short and long-term disability, retirement and relocation. --- Stipend paid during residency in addition to starting and retention bonus

LOCATION --- Approximately 75 miles from Duluth/Superior --- Service area: 52, 000; population: 18, 000 This area is known for its lakes, forests and beautiful scenery. Recreational opportunities abound including hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities. It is located within a 1 1/2-hour drive to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and is connected to a 3, 000-mile network of snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. There are excellent public and private schools as well as a community college and a technical school. It has its own airport and serves as a regional hub for many surrounding communities for health care, employment, education, industry, government, retail and professional services.
