as we continue to grow and expand.About the RoleOur Duluth Team is
currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager
that will develop a diverse portfolio of electrical engineering
projects with a focus on the design, construction, and maintenance
of complex electrical systems. The successful candidate will
utilize their experience and expertise in the field of electrical
engineering to provide solutions to a diverse clientele that
includes multinational industry leaders. Your day to day will
include:Performing calculations related to the sizing and
installation of electrical equipment including: MCCs, lighting,
circuit breakers, motors, transformers, wiring systems, switchgear,
and grounding systemsUtilizing the National Electrical Code, IEEE
standards, and requirements of insurers in the development of
electrical designs at industrial and commercial
facilitiesDeveloping detailed equipment specifications for
electrical distribution equipment, MCCs, Drives, low voltage field
devices, instrumentation, lighting, circuit protection, and power
monitoring equipmentDesigning power distribution and grounding
systems up to 15kVDeveloping motor and process control documents
including loop and motor elementary drawingsAnalyzing data,
preparing reports, and delivering presentations on proposed and
ongoing projects to internal staff and clientsMentoring and
overseeing junior engineers and techniciansPerforming QA/QC reviews
throughout the design development processWorking directly with
clients to develop project options and alternatives, provide
engineering guidance for project planning and development, field
investigations, and critical issuesAbout YouBS in Electrical
Engineering with a Professional Engineering License (PE) or
eligible for testing within 1 year5+ years of experience in
electrical engineering and designKnowledge and application of the
principles and practices of CAD development and creation of drawing
packages at various stages of design developmentAbility to
effectively communicate and interact with Krech Ojard staff,
individuals from other organizations, and client
representativesAdditional Skills & CapabilitiesExperience
performing power coordination and arc flash studies and develop
single line drawings using SKMExperience with power distribution
design up to 230kVExperience with Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI
programmingExperience developing design packages, P&IDs, and
alternatives from concept to issued for construction using AutoCAD
Electrical or Revit software packagesDemonstrated knowledge of
project lifecycle and ability to manage complex engineering and
multidiscipline projects in the context of electrical design inputs
and information requirementsWhat We OfferAnnual base salary in the
range of $80,000 $120,000 per year depending on experience and
