Job Description:

Director, Results Delivery Office, Strategy & Transformation Job AGCO's corporate strategy and transformation program translates into a multiyear roadmap of strategic initiatives and expected value creation targets. The Director of the Strategy & Transformation Results Delivery Office (RDO) is accountable to develop the corporate portfolio management capability, which includes establishing agile processes, implementing portfolio management tools, training project leaders, and establishing dashboarding capabilities. As a member of the Strategy & Transformation leadership team, he/she will support the AGCO transformation efforts to prioritize, develop and manage the corporate transformation roadmap, structure and manage large scale initiatives, and evaluate/track program health and value capture of each of the strategic programs. This role will work with fellow S&T directors, senior leaders and stakeholders to define and implement agreed initiatives and strategies in such a way as to enhance our external customer experience and maximize corporate results. This role will report directly to the VP of Strategy and Transformation. There is flexibility to perform this role remotely Job Responsibilities

  • Establish the AGCO Results Delivery Office, to include developing the RDO process, tools, training. Support roll out of the RDO across global organization.
  • Work with Sr Leaders to prioritize, resource, and deliver a portfolio of programs and activities in accordance with the AGCO Corporate strategy and transformation roadmap
  • Develop and enable new programs to support the strategic direction and transformation objectives.
  • Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Ensure proactive risk mitigation and change management plans in place for each initiative
  • Establish and monitor program health metrics -including quality, on-time, on-budget, stakeholder satisfaction, and value capture. Work with project managers to mitigate risk and address barriers to successful implementation
  • Stakeholder management and communication to ensure transparency in priorities/issues/risks/expectations.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Supervise a small team of Strategy Associates that work with S&T directors to identify project opportunities, develop project business case and structure, and ensure projects are managed through the RDO processes. Promote and champion diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition and development.
  • Cultivate a customer centric culture that innovates and executes with discipline.
  • Additional duties and strategy work, as needed, as a member of the S&T team.
  • Ability to influence people at all levels of the organization; regularly and seamlessly moving upward and downward
  • Ability to highly choices, trade-offs, and options associated with prioritizing large backlog of business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey implementation plans, project progress, and provide program updates to a variety of internal audiences.
  • Direct and constructive communication style to address and resolve issues in an objective, f act-based, professional fashion.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in project sponsors, owners and participants.
  • Conflict management to enhance learning and group outcome .
  • Develop and coach others Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field required, MBA preferred.
    • Requires 10+ years of progressive related experience or equivalent; including experience developing growth--strategies--and--business models.
    • Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives. Prior PMO experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Management certificate required.
    • Strong analytical problem-solving, leadership, change management skills.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal, relationship building, and people management skills.
    • Influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross functionally.
