Act as primary executive responsible for the company's accounting, taxes, payroll, banking, financial audits, and financial fraud prevention. Report directly to Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Manage and oversee the company's accounting department (consisting of 4 full-time and 1 part-time employee) and own responsibility for all accounting functions and the accuracy of the financial books, including closing the books monthly
  • Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert on accounting
  • Manage payroll for the company's 150 employees through QuickBooks Assisted Payroll (semi-monthly payroll)
  • Assist in calculating 401(k) matching payments, commissions, and bonus compensation
  • Manage relationships with key external partners, including the commercial bank, the tax firm, the financial audit firm, and equipment leasing vendor
  • Work with the outside audit firm to facilitate the annual financial audit
  • Work with outside tax firm to file taxes in a timely way and maintain active registrations with state and foreign (Canada) tax jurisdictions
  • Oversee sales tax reporting
  • Perform tasks related to the company's annual SOC2 audit, including maintaining a departmental business continuity plan, managing access control for QuickBooks, and performing financial reviews of mission critical suppliers
  • Design and oversee the company's fraud protection controls
  • Participate in company staff meetings and present status updates to the executive and management teams
  • Manage relevant accounting projects, such as applying for and following the status of the company's Paycheck Protection Loan, and developing information for and applying for R&D tax credits and GA state retraining tax credits Job Requirements
    • BS in Accounting Desired Skills
      • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Accounting, with management experience
      • CPA certification preferred
      • Experience with Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise
      • Proficiency in all Microsoft products

The Customer Success Manager will often have to troubleshoot and resolve configuration problems during solution implementation and ongoing end-user support. The Customer Success Manager will also be the liaison between the Operations organization and other teams including Development, Product Management and Sales. The Customer Success Manager must have a deep technical understanding of our product and can communicate at both a business and technical level. You will be tasked with resolving all operational technical issues to assure complete customer confidence. Must be able to quickly establish strong, trusted relationships with customers and understand this as critical to success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to
        • Manage the PossibleNOW experience
        • Manage the customer onboarding process
        • Have direct contact with PossibleNOW VIPS on a monthly (weekly) basis
        • Build trust between the brand and the customer
        • Help map their process and goals Required Education
          Bachelor's degree - MIS, Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred

                          • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
                          • Experience with technical troubleshooting via logical process and established methodologies
                          • Experience with driving projects and initiatives towards completion
                          • History working with or supporting SQL Server, IIS, PowerShell, and MS Dynamics
                          • Root cause analysis
                          • Excellent soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and conflict management/resolution
                          • Demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint to review and create required documentation, analysis, and presentations as needed Work Conditions:
