Job Description The Project Director is the primary executive interface with the client. This individual is responsible for the successful execution of all project operations, communications with the client, external stakeholders, and Cognosante. The successful candidate will have experience, and expertise related to all aspects of the project, including call center, outreach and education, technology, and will bring innovative ideas for improving upon the performance and reputation of the company
Key Responsibilities Provide executive direction for the completion of required deliverables under the performance of the project Executive decision making and responsibility for directing all operational responsibilities Provide decisions related to staffing and operations, with client approval as appropriate Ensure Project Team fulfill all responsibilities related to the operational performance of the project Provide regular status reporting to client and Cognosante leadership Report any issues causing delays and/or problems on the project, with timely resolution as designated by either the client and/or Cognosante leadership Escalate all critical issues to the client and/or Cognosante leadership within prescribed timelines per policy and project operations Perform all duties as assigned within Cognosante policy and procedures
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare discipline, or work experience equal in lieu of degree 5+ years experience working within a managed enrollment operations, preferably in the Medicaid Program 5+ years experience working within an operational capacity of medium-large project operations, managing call center, and outreach and education programs for Medicaid program participants Effective oral and written communications Ability to drive performance through innovation Promotes staff performance through positive and innovative actions Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.
