Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is
available at a school located in Washburn, WI. This onsite role
serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade, providing
specialized educational support to meet diverse learning needs. The
ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an inclusive
classroom environment and enhancing student development through
tailored instructional strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop
and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for K-12
students. - Collaborate with general education teachers, parents,
and support staff to support student success. - Adapt curriculum
materials to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles. -
Monitor and document student progress and adjust teaching methods
accordingly. - Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning
environment. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid teaching
certification with a specialization in Special Education. -
Experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best
practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
