Job Description:

The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Minnesota Duluth is seeking a part-time temporary Instructor (Audiologist) (334947) for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

To be eligible the applicant must have a Master?s degree in audiology; satisfactory oral and written communication skills and current Minnesota Department of Health license in audiology.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D. or AuD degree in audiology, teaching experience, excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, excellent written communication skills and experience working with a diverse student body.

The instructor will be responsible for teaching audiology courses required for the B.A.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders:
1.?? ?Hearing Disorders and Assessment (Fall 2020)
2.?? ?Hearing Science (Spring 2021)
3.?? ?Rehabilitative Procedures for the Hard of Hearing (Spring 2021)

Smoking, chewing tobacco and the use of electronic cigarettes prohibited on all UMD property, including indoor facilities, campus grounds and University vehicles.
