Call only coverage 4-5 phone consults, patients seen, and
admissions per 24 hours General CV/thoracic surgery including CABG
and valve procedures 20 minute call response time 1:2 call ratio
Open and endoscopic procedures including lung resection TAVR and
left ventricular assist devices Bronchoscopy and vent management We
negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary
