Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: President/CEO

FLSA Status: 28 hours/week: 4 days, M-TH, 9 am-4 pm temp to perm

Location: Duluth, MN

The Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support programming and operations in the Duluth Main Office and its other offices in Eveleth and Grand Rapids.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for insuring the smooth daily operation of the Duluth office and assists in a variety of service delivery activities. This includes creating a positive experience to clients, executing day-to-day office tasks and supporting the teams delivering services to entrepreneurs in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technology & Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access (or other database) and Outlook. This includes accurate, swift keyboarding and data-entry skills

Ability to operate office machines including telephone, fax, copier and postage machine.

Social Media posting and monitoring experience helpful (Linked-In & Facebook).

Experience or a basic understanding of IT interface to troubleshoot issues with computers and phones with our 3rd party IT provider.
