Adecco is searching for a top notch office assistant to help
with Patient Education Materials for a well know medical facility
in Duluth. The right person for this job would have outstanding
writing and proofreading skills.
Work description: Performs layout, formatting, proofreading and
production of patient handouts following standardized guidelines.
Coordinates reprinting of patient handouts and distributes as
needed. Assembles complex patient materials in binders and folders.
Assists with other projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma plus additional training
in automated office systems. Over two years of office support
experience. Skilled in use of Microsoft Office. Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Excellent spelling, grammar,
punctuation and proofreading skills. Strong attention to detail.
Able to work collaboratively in busy office.
Prior experience required: Experience using MS Office
Shift Hours: We need someone who can work 15-20 hours/week. It
doesn't matter what days are worked but the dept would prefer
someone who works in the afternoon. All working hours need to
happen between 8 am and 4:30 pm (again, dept. prefers afternoon
