We have an Immediate opening for an Experienced Office
Administrator with Construction Experience. This is a direct hire
Ideal candidate will have 5 years of Construction Office experience
including the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point as
well as construction software. Candidate should have good
Communication skills, ability to assist multiple people at one time
and have good Phone skills.
Candidates should have previous experience with putting together
Bids, Proposals, ordering supplies, working with the Accounting
Team, generating reports, reviewing Payroll for accuracy,
communicating with Project Managers, good data entry and invoicing
experience and have great organizational skills.
