Responsibilities include: Provide voice, e-mail, and internet chat
support to students and professors answering questions on function
and usage of various online educational products. Resolve questions
or problems in areas of system configuration/setup,
browser/application compatibility, online product functionality and
bugs/errors Resolves technical inquiries by clarifying desired
information; researching, locating, providing information, and
forwarding requests to appropriate escalation path Troubleshooting
in order to assist customers with the most accurate and timely
response to their technical support issue(s) Keeps equipment
operational by following established procedures; reporting
malfunctions. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities. Enhances organization reputation by accepting
ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring
opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

online application skills
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred candidate must have at least one year of experience in
technical support and/or customer service environment.
This call center is open 24/7 so we have many shifts available PT,
