Job Description:
Looking for a strong, patient-centered, team player with a
desire to serve in a learning/teaching environment that will do
broad-spectrum Family Medicine; OB is required, C-Sections are
optional. Desire someone that loves the small-town atmosphere and a
commitment to work/life balance. If this is you, join a current
team of 7 Physicians, 6 APC s and Additional Staff. - Admit to
adjacent 25-bed, critical access hospital - Outpatient and
Inpatient Practice - On site lab, pharmacy & X-ray - Patient
volume: 14-21 per day in the clinic - Current practice of 2 DO s
and 5 MD s - Round at the local nursing home - Call is 1:11;
schedule is approx. 3 days per month and 1 weekend a month (call is
shared with other clinic in town) - Hospital has 24-hour ER
coverage - OB required, C-section optional Location: - 56 miles
from Rochester, MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul - Service
area: 8,000 in the winter months; 24,000 in the summer months -
